The poster shared by Oppo on Weibo confirms that the Oppo K7x will be officially announced in China on November 4, 2020. Pricing and availability details will also be revealed on the same day. The phone also will be available in China under the Double Eleven sale. The company isn’t offering any further details at this time.
With the teaser image seen below, Oppo teases its next new smartphone Oppo K7x will support 5G connectivity and it will also have a rectangle-shaped camera set up at the top-left corner on the rear side.
Oppo K7x Specifications
Recently, a phone with model number OPPO PERM00 was spotted on TENAA certification and it is believed to be the teased Oppo K7x smartphone. According to the TENAA listing, the alleged Oppo K7x (OPPO PERM00) will feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
It will pack an unspecified 2GHz octa-core processor. The phone will have 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of internal storage. For additional storage, the phone is also featuring a microSD card slot. The phone will run Android 10 OS.
In terms of camera setup, the phone gets a quad-camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors. Selfies and video calls will be managed by a front camera of 16-megapixel.
The handset will measure 162.2 x 75.1 x 9.1mm and it weighs 194 grams. It is said to pack a 4,910mAh battery. Green, gray, and blue will be the three colors of the phone.
Anyway, we can expect Oppo to release additional details of the phone running up to the launch date.
