Oppo F9 pro which was unveiled in India last month which is available both in the online and offline market.Oppo’s most innovative smartphone F9 pro got a couple of highlights — gradient dual-tone design, fast charging support and a waterdrop notch. The Oppo’s F-series midrange smartphone launched at a price of Rs 23,990, was originally introduced in two colours – Sunrise Red and Twilight Blue. Now the company has announced its new colour variant in F9 Pro – Starry Purple and is available on Flipkart, Amazon and Paytm, as well as offline retail stores across the country.
Speaking about new colour variant smartphone It is predominantly purple. However, the colour’s gradient reduces from the bottom of the rear panel towards its top. Also, there are small dots on the top end that resemble stars (hence the name).
The main highlight of the Oppo F9 Pro is that it comes with a waterdrop-like display notch and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and the screen-to-body ratio of 90.8 per cent. Another highlight of the smartphone is that it features Oppo’s proprietary VOOC flash charging with which company claims two hours of talk time with just a five-minute charge.
Talking about specifications,The handset features a 6.3-inch full HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) LTPS TFT display and 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 processor with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It features a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.
For shutterbugs, the Oppo F9 Pro has a dual rear camera setup of 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. The device has a 25-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture and AI technology support.
The smartphone runs on ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed up with a 3,500mAh battery. Connectivity features include Dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS+GLONASS, a micro USB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
