Oppo seems to bring another affordable range smartphone in the mobile market soon. The upcoming smartphone with model number CPH1920 is certified by Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore recently. The smartphone will likely to be dubbed as Oppo AX5. As per listing it reveals that the smartphone will support Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy.
The Bluetooth SIG listing of the OPPO AX5s also revealed the key specifications of the smartphone. The listing reveals, The device will feature a 6.2-inch display with HD+ resolution. The handset will be powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz. However, it doesn’t reveal the processor name as it will be the midrange smartphone it could be Helio P35 going by the clock speed.
Further, it confirms that the smartphone will be fuelled by a huge 4230mAh battery like all recent midrange smartphones. The device will also feature a fingerprint sensor, which will be positioned at the back, below the camera module. As for connectivity, it will have 4G LTE as well as Wi-Fi and will run on ColorOS 5.2 based on Android Oreo.
In related news, The Oppo is widely expected to launch the new affordable A-series phones; the A1K and the A5s. While the A1K will be an entry-level phone with Helio P22, IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU that clocked at 650MHz. The A1K is reported to come in a single variant with a 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, run on Android 9.0 Pie based ColorOS 6.0, and be powered by a 4,000mAh battery. However, there is no official confirmation of the launch date and rest of specifications. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on exactly when the three smartphones will be made official.
