Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has finally started teasing its upcoming smartphone, called the OPPO Ace2. It will be unveiled in China on April 13. Oppo has released an official teaser for the Ace2 smartphone. The teaser gives us our first look at the phone’s camera setup and what to expect from the device in terms of hardware.
As per the teaser poster, Oppo Ace2 will come with a quad-camera setup on the rear, which has an “Oreo” design. The sensors are placed on a circular camera module. The poster also reveals that the phone will weigh 185 grams. Further, the teaser revealed that the handset will be fuelled by the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 processor.

Looking at the number of leaks and information revealed lately, OPPO Ace2 will ship with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display that has a 20:9 aspect ratio. We can expect a higher refresh rate ob the device. There will be an in-display fingerprint sensor under the screen.
As we mentioned earlier, there will be a 2.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 865 SoC. The phone is expected to arrive in 8 GB/12 GB RAM and 128 GB/256 GB storage models.
In terms of optics, the quad-camera setup of the Ace2 reportedly includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor and two sensors of 2-megapixel. Software-wise, it will run on Android 10-based ColorOS 7 on top.
The OPPO Ace2 will pack a dual-part battery and the capacity of its single cell is 1955 mAh. The company has already confirmed that the Ace2 will ship with 40W fast wireless charging support and reports indicate that it also has 65W wired charging support.
Alongside the Oppo Ace2, the brand is also confirmed to unveil the OPPO Enco W31 TWS earbuds in China. To recall, the company already launched Enco W31 TWS earbuds in India recently.
