Chinese brand Oppo has launched the new Oppo A52 in India. The company announced the phone in China in April. The latest Oppo smartphone will go on sale in India via online and offline channels starting June 17.

The Oppo A52 is priced at Rs. 16,990 for the 6GB + 128GB storage variant and it comes in Twilight Black and Stream White colors. The phone will go on sale starting June 17 through major online and offline retailers.
Talking about the offers, Bank of Baroda credit card holders can get 5 percent cash back on the purchase of Oppo A52. Buyers can also avail no-cost EMI as well as standard EMI options. The company also stated that the 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage variants of the Oppo A52 will be launched in India soon. However, there are no details available regarding pricing and availability.
Oppo A52 specifications
Oppo A52 features a 6.5-inch display that has 1,080×2,400 pixels screen resolution, 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. Software-wise, it runs Android 10-based ColorOS 7.1.
In the camera department, you get a quad-camera setup on the rear that consists of a 12-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor ultra-wide lens along with two 2-megapixel sensors. Upfront, it has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The device gets juice from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. It measures 162.0×75.5×8.9mm and weighs 192 grams.
