Oppo India on Wednesday launched the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage of it’s earlier launched Oppo A3s. The smartphone will be available for purchase across all major brick and mortar stores across the country. Oppo, in July last year, had launched the 2GB and 3GB model of the Oppo A3s smartphone.
To recall, the 2GB variant of the Oppo A3s was launched at Rs 7,990, whereas the 3GB model is priced at Rs 9,990. Now, the new Oppo A3s 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 9,990. The new variant comes with an upgrade only in terms of RAM, rest of the specs remain same. The latest model with more RAM and storage will add a much-needed boost to the entry-level handset’s multitasking capabilities.
As for the specs, the Oppo A3s packs in a Snapdragon 450 SoC with 4GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage (earlier 2 GB/3GB RAM and 16 GB/32GB storage). There is a 6.2-inch HD+ FullView display with 1520 x 720 pixels screen resolution on the front along with a selfie camera. For optics, it has a 13 MP unit and a 2-MP secondary sensor on the rear. The rear camera also gets an LED flash. On the front, it has an 8MP camera supports AI Beauty Technology 2.0.

The device is backed by large enough 4230mAh battery and runs on custom ColorOS 5.1 OS based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and USB OTG.
