OnePlus Ace, OnePlus Buds N TWS and Cloud Ear Z2 LAUNCHED

OnePlus released the OnePlus Ace smartphone in China alongside the OnePlus Buds N TWS and the Cloud Ear Z2 neckband earphones. Featuring the latest Dimensity 8100-Max processor, the OnePlus Ace packs a 120Hz AMOLED display, a triple-camera setup, and runs on Android 12. The processor is specifically tailored for OnePlus Ace to enhance gaming performance through a dedicated game-specific graphics chip.

OnePlus Ace comes in four different configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. These models are priced at CNY 2,499 (approx Rs 29,600), CNY 2,699 (approx Rs 31,900), CNY 2,999 (approx Rs 35,400), and CNY 3,499 (approx Rs 41,400), respectively. 

The device will be available in Black and Blue colors in China starting April 26. According to reports, the device will debut in India as the OnePlus 10R on April 28.

Talking about the OnePlus Buds N TWS and the Cloud Ear Z2 neckband earphones, they are priced at CNY 199 (approx Rs 2,350) and go on sale from April 26.

OnePlus Ace Specifications

OnePlus Ace sports a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a peak brightness of up to 950 nits and is protected by a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max processor, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is a 4,500mAh battery on the phone that provides 150W fast charging.

The smartphone features a triple-camera system that includes a 50-megapixel f/1.88 Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel f/2.2 IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel f/2.4 macro sensor. It has a 16-megapixel camera on the front.

Among the connectivity options are 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Additionally, there is an X-axis linear vibration motor and stereo speaker setup. 

OnePlus Buds N Specifications

OnePlus Buds N TWS comes with an IP55-rated design that is dust and water-resistant. It features 12.4mm moving coil units as well as a titanium-plated composite diaphragm, and a dual-damping independent rear cavity design.

The OnePlus Buds N TWS have basic playback and call controls. It has Bluetooth v5.2 and is also claimed to offer a latency of 94ms. It supports AI call noise reduction through a dual microphone array.

OnePlus claims that the Buds N TWS earbuds can play music for a total of 30 hours. On a single charge, one earbud can provide up to 7 hours of playback. Moreover, the case is claimed to offer  5 hours of listening with just a quick charge of 10 minutes.

In addition, the buds support Dirac Audio Tuner technology and Dolby Atmos to deliver enhanced surround sound. 

OnePlus Cloud Ear Z2 specifications

In terms of specifications, Cloud Ear Z2 earphones are similar to the OnePlus Buds N TWS. However, the Cloud Ear Z2 relies on Bluetooth v5.0. It is equipped with one microphone for AI call noise reduction.

According to OnePlus, the Cloud Ear Z2 TWS earbuds provide a total of 30 hours of listening time. A 10-minute charge will provide 20 hours of listening. There is also a multi-function button on the neckband to control music and calls.
