Chinese brand OnePlus is working to announce the OnePlus 9 series soon as a follow-up to the OnePlus 8 lineup. In the latest development, one of the OnePlus 9 series smartphones was spotted on Geekbench with the model number LuBan LE2117.
Alleged OnePlus 9 series phone, LuBan LE2117 has scored 1,122 in the single-core test, and 2,733 in the multicore test. The Geekbench listing also reveals that the device will pack an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with a 1.80 base clock frequency. The processor has code name ‘lahaina’ and a Weibo user claimed that it is a Snapdragon 875 SoC. The processor is paired with 8GB of RAM. The phone will be running on Android 11 according to the benchmarks.
Sadly, this is all that has been revealed in the Geekbench benchmarking listing, but we can expect to get more leaks on the OnePlus 9 series in the coming weeks.
Going by the previous leaks, the OnePlus 9 series will come with a 144Hz display, center-aligned hole-punch cut out, an IP68-certified build, NFC support, dual stereo speakers, 65W fast wired, and 40W wireless charging technologies.
