We’ve only just had the OnePlus 8T and the OnePlus 9 series hasn’t been out long, yet already the rumor mill for the upcoming OnePlus series has begun to churn. We’ve had a series of leaks and rumors of the OnePlus 9 series smartphones, but thanks to the tipster @OnLeaks, we’ve now got a much closer look at the forthcoming OnePlus 9 Pro.
According to the renders of the OnePlus 9 Pro, the device would come with a glass back. It would come with a design that we’ve seen on the recently launched OnePlus 8T and Nord series phones. The camera module placement has shifted to the left from the middle.
On the back, there is a vertically stacked quad rear camera setup out of which two of the sensors are enclosed within huge metal rings which protrude slightly from the main camera bump. The two huge camera sensors are paired with two smaller lenses along with a flash, a mic, and some other sensors.
While there are a set of buttons – alert slider and power button – on the right side of the device, the right side of the device features a volume rocker. The bottom edge of the phone houses speaker grills.
OnePlus 9 Pro is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 SoC. It is tipped to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display and 65W fast charging support which is introduced with the company’s OnePlus 8T phone.
