Chinese giant OnePlus is all set to officially unveil the forthcoming flagship smartphones OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro on May 14. Ahead of the official launch, the smartphones have been leaked via many sources lately, including the renders, hands-on images. Now, the OnePlus 7 has just shown up in another official Ad video which got exposed online. The OnePlus 7 will be a successor of OnePlus 7, but almost similar to the OnePlus 6T.
Recent leaks have confirmed that the OnePlus 7 will be featuring a dual rear camera setup whereas the Pro version ‘OnePlus 7 Pro’ will sport a triple rear camera setup. Now, a video commercial also shows off the OnePlus 7 at all angles. The video shows a OnePlus 7 that has a OnePlus 6T-like back panel with dual camera setup and a OnePlus logo on the rear panel. As like we have seen on earlier leaks, the rear camera department is mounted at the center vertically.
In a separate report, an image showing OnePlus CEO Pete Lau breakfasting at a restaurant has been leaked (courtesy Slashleaks), and the image apparently showing a triple rear camera setup on a device that could be none other than the OnePlus 7 Pro.
The report doesn’t mention any specs of the devices. But earlier leaks and rumors have confirmed almost everything about the upcoming phones from OnePlus.
OnePlus 7 Specifications
The OnePlus 7 will be arriving with a screen that diagonally measures 6.2 inches. It will be an AMOLED display that will offer full HD+ resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. The teardrop notch on the top edge of the display houses a front camera. The display of the phone is embedded with an on-screen fingerprint reader similar to the OnePlus 6T.
The dual camera setup on the backside of the OnePlus 7 will include 48-megapixel main sensor followed by a telephoto sensor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 powers the smartphone along with 6 GB of RAM. The smartphone is expected to be available in a few variants with more RAM and storage. The smartphone will be drawing power from 4,150mAh battery with 30W wrap charging technology. The smartphone will run on Oxygen OS on the top which is based on the Android 9 Pie. It measures 197.7 × 74.8 × 8.1mm.
OnePlus 7 Pro Specifications
The OnePlus 7 Pro will be featuring a 6.64-inch AMOLED Quad HD+ resolution with the 90HZ refresh rate. The triple camera unit on the rear side of the phone includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a telephoto sensor, and ultra-wide sensor. As expected, there will be a pop-up selfie camera on the OnePlus 7 Pro. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC also powers the OnePlus 7 Pro along with 10 GB of RAM. According to reports, the OnePlus 7 Pro will be powered by a 4000mAh battery with a whopping 30W wrap charging support. It measures 162.6 × 76 × 8.8mm.
