Chinese smartphone manufacturer Nubia has confirmed that it will launch its Red Magic 3S smartphone on September 5. The confirmation came via a teaser on Weibo. While the company hasn’t revealed any details about the device, previous reports had suggested that the company will offer Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ on the upcoming Nubia Red Magic 3S device. The predecessor Nubia Red Magic 3 was launched with Snapdragon 855 SoC.
Previous reports have suggested that this phone also will be the gaming-centric smartphone from Nubia, just like the Nubia Red Magic 3. We also heard rumors the top of the line variant will have a 12GB RAM with 128GB native storage.
Coming to the price, the Nubia Red Magic 3S is expected to be priced similar to the Xiaomi’s recently launched gaming phone Black Shark 2 Pro. Its price starts at RMB 2,999 for the 12GB RAM variant with 128GB storage. The Black Shark 2 Pro also comes with Snapdragon 855+ SoC and we have rumors that upcoming OnePlus flagships OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro also coming with Snapdragon 855+ SoC under the hood.
The good thing is Nubia fans don’t have to wait longer as the Red Magic 3S launch is a few days away. We can expect more rumors will pop-up in the coming days ahead of the official launch. Stay tuned and keep visiting DigitalWebReview.
