HMD Global has started official teasing of Nokia 9 PureView which hints that the device launch will happen in India soon. Notably, This is the first teaser from the company about the flagship Nokia 9 PureView device since its announcement in MWC last month.
On to the teaser video, The video clip lasts for 16 seconds and it posted with a caption “Get ready to capture the most breathtaking pictures with the all-new Nokia 9. Stay tuned!”.However the video doesn’t reveal the exact launch date of the smartphone in India where at the end of the clip it reads “the shot on Nokia 9 is real”.
Nokia 9 Pureview: Specifications and features
The Nokia 9 Pureview is the world first smartphone that came with Penta lens on its rear side which is stand out feature from present smartphones. The device flaunts with a 5.99-inch P-OLED display with 2K resolution, and 18:9 aspect ratio without the presence of any notch. The handset runs son last year flagship processor chipset snapdragon 845 instead of latest Snapdragon 855 and paired by 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. On the software front, The smartphone runs on Android Pie out of the box.
The major highlight of this smartphone is all about its camera, The device includes five 12-megapixel camera sensors. Out of which two are RGB to capture colour information, and rest of is of monochrome sensors to capture light and details.
The device captures uncompressed RAW images in DNG format, which you can use to post-edit on applications like Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. The firm also added a selfie shooter with a 20MP front sensor. For biometrics, there is a built-in display fingerprint sensor. To power up the device, It is housed by a 3,320mAh battery with wireless and fast charging support.
In terms of connectivity, the device comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, GPS, NFC, 4G VoLTE enabled dual nano-SIM slots where the second slot is hybrid and USB Type-C port.
