Indian shopping giant Flipkart has revealed that the Nokia 5.1 Plus will be launched exclusively on their platform on September 24th. The pricing of the smartphone will be announced on the same day at 2 PM. To recall, back in August this year, Finland smartphone manufacturer Nokia revealed the Nokia 6.1 Plus and 5.1 Plus in India with the notched display. However, the company revealed the pricing and availability of the Nokia 6.1 Plus, but they did not disclose the pricing and availability of the Nokia 5.1 Plus.

Nokia 5.1 Plus Specifications

Sporting a 5.86-inch Full HD+ display with 2.5D curved glass and 19:9 aspect ratio, the Nokia 5.1 Plus is backed by a non-removable 3, 3,000mAh battery. It is powered by a 12nm MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz and is bundled with 3 GB of RAM. The device comes with dual 13MP + 5MP rear shooters and an 8MP front-facing camera. The smartphone has dual SIM slots (hybrid) and there will be a 32GB of internal storage with a MicroSD card slot to expand the storage up to 400GB. Further, the Nokia 5.1 Plus runs on the Android 8.1 and later it will get Android Pie update.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.

Nokia 5.1 Plus Price

Nokia 5.1 Plus was launched in India back in August this year, however, the company did not reveal the exact price in India and availability dates of the device. The global variant is priced at EUR 199 (approx. Rs. 16,700), so the Nokia 5.1 Plus is expected to be priced somewhere between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000. The Nokia 5.1 Plus will be made available via Flipkart and Nokia online store with 4 colors: Gloss Black, Gloss White, and Midnight Gloss Blue.
