Finnish mobile phone company, HMD Global has launched its new budget smartphone Nokia 3.1 Plus in India with a price tag of Rs. 11,499 for the base variant. Nokia 3.1 Plus will be available via offline retail stores and Nokia Mobile online store from October 19. The new Nokia 3.1 Plus offers better design, processor, and cameras. Along with the Nokia 3.1 Plus, the company revealed the Nokia 8110, today.
Nokia 3.1 Plus Specifications
The Nokia 3.1 Plus offers a 6-inch HD+ IPS display with 2.5D curved glass and 18:9 aspect ratio. The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core Hello P22 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage. The device is backed by a 3,500mAh battery. The storage of the phone can be further expanded up to 400GB through the microSD card.
In terms of optics, the new Nokia 3.1 Plus comes with a dual camera setup on the back with 13MP and 5MP cameras. On the front, the device holds an 8MP camera. This dual SIM smartphone runs Android Oreo and Nokia promised the two years of OS updates and the device is expected to receive Android Pie update in the coming days.
Connectivity options available on the device include micro USB 2.0, OTG, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headphone jack and LTE. The sensors of the device include sensors include an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and fingerprint sensor.
Nokia 3.1 Plus price in India and availability
The Nokia 3.1 Plus has been priced at Rs 11,499 for the 3GB + 32GB variant. The device will be available starting October 19. The Nokia 3.1 Plus will be available in Blue, Baltic and White colors. Airtel customers will be given 1TB of data on purchasing the Nokia 3.1 Plus.
