New Teaser Confirms Snapdragon 712 SoC in Vivo Z1 Pro

As reported earlier, Vivo is all set to launch its new phone called Vivo Z1 Pro in the Indian market soon. Every other day the company has been teasing upcoming Vivo Z1 Pro smartphone to create a hype before the launch. Now a new teaser has been posted on the company’s official Twitter account that reveals few highlighting specs on the upcoming device. The new Vivo phone is also touted to be the official smartphone for PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019. Earlier this week, the company has confirmed that the forthcoming Vivo Z1 Pro will be available for buyers in India via Flipkart.

According to the new tweet by Vivo India, the Vivo Z1 Pro will be fuelled by the Snapdragon 712 octa-core processor. The tweet also reveals that the handset will feature a 32-megapixel in-display camera. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support.

To talk about the Snapdragon 712 chipset, this Qualcomm’s new chipset is based on the 10nm FinFET process and it comes with an octa-core Kryo 360 CPU along with Adreno 616 GPU. It is also capable of recording up to 4K video at 30fps and comes with the Snapdragon X15 LTE modem to supports download speeds of up to 800Mbps. Furthermore, there is support for HDR 10 displays and a dedicated AI (artificial intelligence) engine is available for onboard automation.

Furthermore, Vivo has already created a dedicated microsite for the Vivo Z1 Pro smartphone that reveals few key features of the phone ahead of its official launch. The microsite also includes an image that gives us a complete design of the upcoming smartphone. Apart from the in-display selfie camera, the handset appears to have a gradient back. The phone’s rear panel houses a triple rear camera set up along with an LED flash and comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Moreover, it apparently has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Backing all this is a massive 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
