In the latest report about the Motorola One Action, Motorola has revealed that it will be launching a new phone in India on August 23. The company also released press invites for the launch event of a new smartphone. The invite doesn’t reveal any specific model or offer additional information about the handset.
The invite for the new smartphone launch event carries #CaptureTheAction hashtag which hints that Motorola One Action could be debuting on August 23. However, the launch timing and exact details about the venue haven’t been revealed yet.
Motorola One Action Specifications
As for the specifications, details of the Motorola One Action was spotted on Google’s Android Enterprise Recommended device website. According to the listing, the phone will feature 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with 21:9 aspect ratio and 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution. An octa-core Exynos 9609 SoC powers the phone with a 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Google’s Android Enterprise listing showed the phone running Android 9 Pie.
Going by the recent renders of the phone, it will feature a triple rear camera setup, placed vertically along with a dual-tone LED flash just below the camera module. Furthermore, it is also expected to sport a wide-angle camera with a 117-degree field of view.
Ticking all these is a 3,500 mAh battery with some fast charging technology. Connectivity options on the device include NFC, a USB Type-C port, with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Motorola One Action Price
Talking about the price, the earlier Amazon listing of the phone has shown a smartphone with a starting price of 299 euros (approx. Rs 23,794) for its 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant. The smartphone is expected to launch in a few other cheaper variants. The smartphone may also launch with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage.
