Motorola Moto G50 5G renders and Geekbench listing reveal key details

Motorola is expected to launch its G50 5G phone very soon. There have been several leaks about the device. Before the phone’s official launch, it is currently listed on Geekbench. Here is what we know so far about the forthcoming Motorola Moto G50 5G.

According to Geekbench, the model launched in Europe is different than the one listed on Geekbench. This device is codenamed Saipan. There is an MT6833V chip on board as well, which is the Dimensity 700 chip. As per the Geekbench, this variant has 4GB of RAM. It runs the Android 11 operating system.

The device managed to acheive 546 and 1695 scores respectively on in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.

According to tipster Evan Blass’s leaked renders, the upcoming Moto G50 5G will sport a water-drop notch and thick chin bezel. The back of the device has three cameras with an LED flash. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on this phone.

The primary camera on the device is 48MP. For now, there are no details on the other two sensors. Selfie shots will be handled by a 13MP camera. There will be a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The phone will include a 4700mAh battery. There is no information on fast charging support. It is not yet clear when Motorola will announce the official launch date for the G50 5G.
