Motorola has confirmed the launch date for its upcoming smartphone, the Edge 20. It is set to launch in China on August 5. Almost a week before the launch, the renders of the phone leaked online. These images show how the Motorola Edge 20 looks from all angles. In addition, the key specifications of the Motorola device have also been leaked.
Another device also appeared on Geekbench with the model number XT2143-1, believed to be Edge 20. On the NTBC Thai website, the XT2153-1 Pro is also listed which is believed to be the Edge 20 Pro.
The design leak comes from PriceBaba in collaboration with OnLeaks. As per the tipped design, the Motorola Edge 20 features a different design from its predecessor. On the back, it has three cameras, and the front has a hole-punch camera centered in the middle.
With the Motorola Edge 20, Motorola has decided to ditch the curved display from the original Edge. Now, the display appears flat with a thicker bottom chin. The power button is on the right. The volume rocker is located above the power button.
In terms of dimensions, the Motorola Edge 20 measures 169.1 x 75.5 x 8.9mm. At the bottom, you’ll find the speaker grille and the USB Type-C port. According to the renders, the phone will be available in white and blue, but the colors may change when it launches.
Motorola Edge 20 Specifications (Expected)
Moto Edge 20 will feature a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. There are options for 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. There could be three sensors on the back, including a 108-megapixel main sensor, a 16-megapixel second sensor, and an 8-megapixel tertiary sensor. It may carry a 4,000mAh battery. Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G is rumored to power the smartphone.
