The new Motorola flagship phones were scheduled to be released in China on August 2. But, the Lenovo-owned brand canceled the event for unknown reasons. Now, Motorola has confirmed that it will release three devices on August 11 in the home market, including, the Moto X30 Pro, the Moto S30 Pro, and the Razr 2022 clamshell phone.
The launch event will start at 2 pm (local time) on August 11. The devices are expected to go on sale in China by the evening of August 11.
Moto X30 Pro Specifications (Expected)
The upcoming Moto X30 Pro will come with a 6.8-inch OLED FHD+ 144Hz display, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There will be a 5,000mAh battery and 125W fast charging.
The camera unit will be equipped with 200-megapixel primary sensor, accompanied by 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 117-degree FOV as well as a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 telephoto camera. This phone will feature a 60-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies.
Moto S30 Pro Specifications (Expected)
The Moto S30 Pro will sport a 6.55-inch OLED FHD+ display. The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset, with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The battery is expected to be 4,720mAh and it will support 68.2W fast charging support. There is no information available about the S30 Pro’s camera configurations.
Moto Razr 2022 Specifications (Expected)
The Moto Razr 2022 will have a 6.7-inch foldable AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display and a 2.65-inch OLED cover display. It will come with a 32-megapixel selfie camera and the dual rear camera setupwill include a 50-megapixel main lens + 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor and feature a 3,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. There will be up to 18 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
