Moto G9 Power, Moto G 5G was launched in the European market recently. Now, it seems that the company is also planning to launch these smartphones in India as well. The Moto G9 Power, Moto G 5G has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website, which means that the phone will be launched in India pretty soon.
The BIS certification reveals that the Moto G9 Power, Moto G 5G smartphones will come with model numbers XT2091-3 and XT2113-3, respectively. The BIS listing was first spotted by popular tipster Sudhanshu on Twitter. However, Motorola is yet to reveal the launch date officially.
Moto G9 Power Specifications
Moto G9 Power has a 6.8-inch IPS HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1,640 pixels. It runs on stock Android 10 OS. The handset is fuelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. This octa-core processor is paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the internal storage is expandable up to 512GB through a microSD card slot. The Moto G9 Power packs a large 6,000mAh battery along with 20W fast charging support.
Moto G9 Power features a triple camera module on the rear. The setup includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.79 aperture), a 2-megapixel macro sensor (f/2.4). Additionally, there is a 2-megapixel depth sensor(f/2.4). On the front, the smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel (f/2.2) sensor for selfies and video calls.
Moto G 5G Specifications
It features a 6.7-inch full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) LTPS display with 394ppi pixel density. Under the hood, it packs octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There is also a microSD card slot that supports up to 1TB memory cards.
In terms of optics, it has a triple rear camera setup with a combination of a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel secondary wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 118-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and videos, the phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera at the front with an f/2.2 aperture.
It packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 20W TurboPower fast charging. For connectivity, the handset supports 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C port, GPS, and more.
