Motorola is preparing to introduce the Moto G72 to the Indian market, the latest in the G-series. The Moto G72 is set to launch in the country on October 3. Motorola made a formal announcement of the same on social media channels.
In addition to the launch date, Motorola has announced the Moto G72 will have a 10-bit pOLED display and a 108MP camera setup. Also, a Flipkart micro-site has gone live with the Moto G72 specifications ahead of its launch.
Moto G72 Specifications
Moto G72 will be equipped with a 10-bit OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 576Hz touch sampling rate, and 1300nits peak brightness. It will include DCI-P3 colour gamut and HDR10 support.
Moto G72 will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 processor built on a 6nm manufacturing process. It will come with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The device will run Android 12 and offer business-grade security with ThinkShield.
The Moto G72 will feature a triple-rear camera setup consisting of a 108MP primary shooter, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a dedicated macro lens. The ultra-wide-angle lens will serve as a depth sensor.
The Moto G72 will have a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Additionally, it will be IP52-rated, making it water-resistant. In addition, the smartphone will feature a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio. There will be two colour options available in the country: Meteorite Grey and Polar Blue.
