Lenovo based company,Motorola finally introduced its Moto G7 and Motorola one in Indian mobile market. Notably, The company has been teasing about Moto G7 family launch in India for quite some that include Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Power and Moto G7 Play launched in Brazil back in February. While we received only Moto G7 in the series up until now.
Today the company launched Moto G7 and Motorola one, both these smartphones pack up quite normal specs that we had seen in the midrange smartphone segment. Both these smartphones come in a single variant. Both sports dual rear camera setup and comes in 4GB variant.
Moto G7 and Motorola One: Price and availability
Both these smartphones were launched in a single variant, where Moto G7 priced at Rs 13,999 for 4GB and 64 GB variant. Another hand, Moto G7 has been priced at Rs 16,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant. Both these smartphones are available across all offline mobile stores starting from today. These handsets are available in two colour variants: Clear White and Ceramic Black.
On launch offers, The company announced that the Moto G7 and Motorola One buyers will get up to Rs 2,200 cash back offer from Reliance Jio on eligible Rs 198 and Rs 299 prepaid plans.
Motorola Moto G7: Specifications and features
Talking about the specs, Moto G7, On display front, the device sticks a 6.24-inch full-HD+ (2270×1080 pixels) Max Vision display with 19:9 aspect ratio and 403ppi pixel density. It is covered by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 along with a waterdrop cutout.
On the hardware front, The device is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can further be expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB). For software, The handset is preloaded by Android Pie out- of -box.
On imaging, The new Motorola smartphone packs a dual rear camera setup that houses a 12-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5-megapixel secondary camera with an f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture to handle selfies. Unfortunately, it lacks a fingerprint scanner on its back. For a battery, There is a 3,000mAh battery under the hood that supports for 15W TurboPower fast charging.
On another hand, Motorola One comes with a 5.9-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) Max Vision LCD display with 19:9 aspect ratio and a layer of 2.5D Gorilla Glass on top. Unlike Motorola G7 like notch, it has a wide rectangular notch. On hardware, The device fuelled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC ticking alongside the Adreno 506 GPU and is paired with 4GB of RAM and a 64GB of internal storage which can further be expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB). It runs on old Android 8.1 Oreo.
For imaging, the Motorola one includes a dual rear camera setup that houses a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and a secondary 2-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. For the battery, The device packs a 3,000mAh battery that has support for TurboPower fast charging.
