Moto G52 released with Snapdragon 680 SoC, 90hz OLED display

A new smartphone has been introduced by Motorola in Europe. Dubbed Moto G52, the device features a Snapdragon 680 processor, triple rear cameras, 90Hz refresh rate display, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It succeeds the Moto G51, which was launched in 2021.

Moto G52 Price, Availability

Moto G52 is priced at EUR 249 (approximately Rs 20,600) for its single 4GB + 128GB storage version. It is offered in charcoal grey and porcelain white colour options. Pre-orders will begin later this month in select European markets. The brand also confirmed the launch of Moto G52 in India and Latin America in “the coming weeks”.

Moto G52 Specifications

Moto G52 comes with a 6.6-inch full HD+ OLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC, the Moto G52 offers up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Additionally, the storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. Additionally, the device has 3GB of virtual RAM.

The smartphone features a triple rear camera setup. It is equipped with a 50-megapixel f/1.8 primary sensor, 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel f/2.4 macro sensor. Upfront, there is a 16-megapixel (f/2.45) selfie shooter.

In terms of software, it comes pre-installed with Android 12 out of the box. The phone also features a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging. There is a side-mounted fingerprint reader and it also supports face recognition. The phone is also dust- and water-resistant.

In terms of connectivity, the phone boasts Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, LTEPP, SUPL, Galileo, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
