Moto G 5G Plus with 90Hz CinemaVision display, 5000mAh battery announced: Price, features and more

Moto G 5G Plus is the latest device to launch in the company’s 5G smartphone portfolio. The new model has launched in Europe. This new Motorola phone comes with the 90Hz CinemaVision display, a massive 5000mAh battery and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765 7nm processor under the hood.

Moto G 5G Plus Price, Availability

The Moto G 5G Plus is priced at €349 (approx. Rs 29,495) in Europe for the 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage variant while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs €399 (approx. Rs 33,715). It comes in single Surfing Blue color.

The Moto G 5G Plus 5G features a 6.7-inches (1080 × 2520 pixels) FHD+ LCD display with a punch-hole display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protected display also has support for HDR10. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 7nm processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB via the microSD slot.

On the camera front, there is a quad-camera setup at the back housed in a square setup with a 48MP primary sensor. Other cameras include an 8MP ultrawide snapper, 5MP macro module and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there are dual cameras at the front, rated at 16MP (main camera) and 8MP (ultra-wide lens).

The Moto G 5G Plus is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 20W TurboPower fast charging support and boots Android 10 out of the box. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The phone comes with water repellent coating. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, NFC, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headset jack. The handset measures 168 x 74 x 9mm and weighs 207grams.
