Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power to launch soon in India, here’re the specifications

Motorola is tipped to launch the Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power soon in India. The smartphones were launched in the European market recently and come with specs like a Snapdragon processor, triple rear camera setup, massive battery with 20W fast charging support.

As per the latest tweet by tipster Mukul Sharma, the Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power will launch in India soon. While the tweet indicates an imminent launch, there’s mention of an exact launch date. However, since nothing is teased or confirmed by the brand, we advise you to take this with a grain of salt. We already have the complete spec-sheet of the device as it has been launched in the European market. 

Moto G 5G Specifications

Moto G 5G  6.7-inch full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) LTPS display with 394ppi pixel density. Under the hood, it packs octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There is also a microSD card slot that supports up to 1TB memory cards. 

Moving to optics, the phone features a triple rear camera setup with a combination of a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.7 aperture accompanied by an 8-megapixel secondary wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 118-degree field of view and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

A large 5,000 mAh battery fuels the phone with 20W TurboPower fast charging. For connectivity, the handset supports 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C port, GPS, and more.

Moto G9 Power Specifications

The phone flaunts a 6.8-inch IPS HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1,640 pixels. It runs on stock Android 10 OS. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. This octa-core processor is paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the internal storage is expandable up to 512GB through a microSD card slot. It packs a large 6,000mAh battery along with 20W fast charging support. 

The smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup at the back that houses a 64-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.79 aperture), a 2-megapixel macro sensor (f/2.4), and a 2-megapixel depth sensor(f/2.4). For the front, there is a 16-megapixel (f/2.2) sensor for selfies and video calls.
