The Moto Edge X30 5G smartphone will launch in China within the next few days. The launch date has been set for December 9. Moto Edge X30 5G is expected to launch as the Moto Edge 30 Ultra in global markets. Now, the device has been spotted on the Geekbench with model number XT2201-2.
According to the Geekbench 4 listing, the upcoming Moto XT2201-2 achieved a multi-core test score of 13,144 and a single-core test score of 6348. It also confirms that the device will be equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile processor. In addition, the listing reveals Adreno 730 GPU and 3.00GHz peak clock speed. By looking at the benchmark listing, it appears the Edge X30 5G will have 12GB of RAM and it will run Android 12 out of the box.
Through official teasers, the company has been revealing the features of the forthcoming Edge X30 5G smartphone. A recent teaser confirms that the handset will have a 60MP front-facing camera and a 50MP primary camera on the back.
Additionally, Motorola has confirmed that the Edge X30 5G will have a 5000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging. Additionally, the upcoming Edge X30 will have a display that offers support for a 144Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, and HDR10+. According to the TENAA listing, the handset features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display.
