A few days back, Moto E40 appeared on Geekbench. The device’s specifications were also revealed by popular tipster Evan Blass. Meanwhile, Evan Blass has shared several high-resolution renders of the upcoming Motorola phone revealing a number of details.

The tweet from Evan revealed that the device will be equipped with an octa-core processor, and it will come with a 6.5-inch HD+ display that offers support for a 90Hz refresh rate. Going by the earlier rumours, it is safe to assume that the Moto E40 will have the Unisoc Tiger T700 SoC.

Evan Blass also shared renders showing the smartphone’s rear with three cameras and a fingerprint scanner. It is likely to pack a 48-megapixel primary camera, coupled with two other sensors. The phone has a volume rocker on the right edge and also two buttons above and below the volume rocker. The dedicated Google Assistant button is probably one of them.

In terms of specifications, Moto E40 is rumored to feature the Tiger T700 SoC from Unisoc, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is expected to be equipped with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

The device will boot Android 11 Go Edition out of the box. It has been reported that the Moto E40 is protected by an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance. Connectivity features include dual SIM support, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
