US tech giant, Microsoft announced the expansion of its Surface laptop portfolio with the launch of the new Surface Laptop 4 as a successor to its Surface Laptop 3. The highlighted features of the Surface Laptop 4 are AMD Ryzen 4000 and Intel 11th gen processors, up to 32GB of LPDDR4X RAM, up to 1TB of SSD, and a lot more. Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 Price, Availability
Talking about the pricing, the 15-inch model with AMD Ryzen 7 4980U (8GB of RAM and 256GB storage) comes with a price tag of $1,299 whereas the 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage model is priced at $1,699.
The intel processor variants, on the other hand, start at $1,799 for the Core i7 1185G7 with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage and go up to $2,399 for the 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage model.
The 13-inch model price starts at $999 for the variant with AMD Ryzen 5 4680U processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. There is also a base model of the Core i5 1135G7 processor laptop with 8GB RAM and 512GB of storage.
The Intel-powered models go up to $2,299 with a Core i7 processor, 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage. There’s also an AMD model with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage that is expected to launch after a couple of months for the price of $1,199.
Ice Blue, Sandstone, Platinum, and Matte Black are four colors of the laptop. It will go on sale from April 15.
Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 Specifications
Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 has two display models. The 13.5-inch model has a screen resolution of 2256 x 1504 while the 15-inch model has a 2496 x 1664 resolution display. Both the models come equipped with a 3:2 aspect ratio and 10-point multi-touch with support for the optional Surface Pen.
Connectivity and other features include a 1x USB-C, 1x USB-A, 1x Surface Connect port, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, and Bluetooth 5.0, headphone jack, 720p webcam, dual far-field mics, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and more.
