Microsoft Fans Keen on Seeing a Surface Phone Are Now Signing a Petition

| By DWR Editor

It has been several years while the rumors on the Microsoft’s Surface Phone have been revolving around the Internet. Still, it is unclear whether the device is real that has to be released by Microsoft or just a rumor.

Recently, another rumor that Microsoft wants to build something called Andromeda. The latest report from The Verge showed Andromeda was a real product and it is nearer to the announcement, but later another report stated, it was likely to be dropped by Microsoft.

But now, it seems to be Microsoft fans are really keen on seeing a Surface Phone device. A person named Zachary Hinski created a petition on Change.org titled “Show Microsoft the demand for the Surface Phone or Andromeda” and the description of the petition is as follows.

All the fans of windows phone want Microsoft to release the Surface Phone aka Surface Andromeda Phone Project that has been leaking out lately with the phone screen that can turn into a tablet. I’m doing this petition to see how many people would buy this phone if Microsoft would release it. Money is power and if a lot of people want a Surface phone like the ones in the leaks then they will be forced into action as everyone knows Microsoft wouldn’t be able to give a reason on why not to do it to there investors, as its too much of a money opportunity to miss. I myself wouldn’t mind paying between $799-$999 for this phone if it happened and looked like the pictures that we have seen from those leaks.

This petition is now attracting all the Microsoft fans who are eagerly waiting for the Surface Phone, with more than 3,000 signatures and it is increasing every minute shows how many fans are waiting for it. The reasons provided for signing have gamut from Windows Phone nostalgia, to a love towards the Surface Brand. Even though, the Microsoft considers these types of petitions or not, still by these Microsoft will be “forced into action”.
