A new smartphone will be launched by Micromax in India soon. On January 25, Micromax will introduce the In Note 2. The official Twitter handle of the company confirms the launch date for its upcoming handset. Micromax has also released a teaser of the In Note 2 which reveals the design and color options of the smartphone. Here’s what we know about the Micromax In Note 2.
According to Micromax, the IN Note 2 will feature a “Dazzling Glass finish.” While there is no information on its specifications, it appears to come with a glass back. Surprisingly, it could come with a 6.43 inch AMOLED display. This is because Micromax responded “Maybe” to a Twitter user who asked, “Can we expect an AMOLED display on this smartphone?”

The teaser shows off the In Note 2 design and it looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy S21 series. The phone features a punch-hole display with narrow bezels on three sides and a chin that is quite large.
The smartphone will go on sale in India via Flipkart. Micromax IN Note 2 is expected to come in two colours: blue and brown. The phone has a quad-camera setup and the ‘in’ branding at the rear.
At the moment, there are no further details regarding the phone, but now that it is getting closer to launch, we may find out more about it.
Micromax IN Note 1 Specifications
The predecessor, the Micromax IN Note 1 launched with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 21:9 aspect ratio, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 450 nits of brightness.
There are four cameras on the back of the phone: a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. A punch-hole cutout on the front of the phone houses a 16MP camera.
The phone is powered by a Mediatek Helio G85 processor and offers 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. Software-wise, it runs stock Android 10 OS without any bloatware or ads. The company also promised 2 years of software updates.
