Mi Ultra, Mi 11X, Mi 11X Pro launched in India: Here are the details

Xiaomi finally unveils the Mi Ultra, Mi 11X, Mi 11X Pro smartphones in India. After a month after its initial launch, the Chinese brand finally brings its Mi Ultra flagship to India for a whopping price of Rs 69,999. But will be only available in a single storage variant.

Mi Ultra, Mi 11X, Mi 11X Pro Price in India, Availability

Mi Ultra is priced at Rs 69,999 for the sole 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Xiaomi has not made an announcement on the sale date yet. There are two color options: Ceramic White and Ceramic Black.

Mi 11X costs Rs 29,999 for the 6GB+128GB model while the 8GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 31,999. The Mi 11X Pro is priced at Rs 39,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and Rs 41,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant. The Mi 11X Pro will be available in Magical Celestial Silver, Lunar White, and Cosmic Black. The pre-orders for Mi 11X Pro start on 24th April with sale for both the phones starting 27th April. 

Mi 11 Ultra Specifications

Mi 11 Ultra boasts a 6.81-inch QHD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED display with 3200×1440 pixels resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The panel has a 20:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, 480Hz touch sampling rate, quad-curve panel, 100 percent DCI-P3 Wide Color Gamut, 1700nits peak brightness, HDR10+, MEMC, and 10bit colour depth. 

Mi 11 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It runs the company’s MIUI 12.5, which is based on Android 11 OS. 

The phone gets three cameras at the back, a combination of 50MP ISOCELL GN2 primary sensor with f/1.95 aperture, OIS, LED, laser autofocus, a 48MP Sony IMX586 ultra-wide-angle lens with OIS and f/2.2 aperture, and a 48MP Sony IMX586 telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, 120x digital zoom, and OIS. The front camera is 20MP, which is included in the punch-hole in the display.

The 5,000mAh battery of the device has 67W wired fast-charging and 67W wireless charging support. In addition, 10W reverse charging is supported as well. Other features supported are  5G SA/NSA Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, and USB Type-C port. The device is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. It measures 164.3mm X 74.6mm X 8.8mm and weighs 225 grams.

Mi 11X Specifications

The Mi 11X comes with a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch response, and a 3.5mm slim bottom bezel. It comes with Android 11 mixed with MIUI 12.

Under the hood, the phone comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. It comes in two storage configurations including, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB. Additionally, it also features a dedicated microSD card to further expand the storage.

There is a triple-camera setup arranged on the rear panel. The setup includes a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 5MP macro lens. Upfront, there is a 20MP camera. Other features include a 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a 4,520mAh battery which charges at the rate of 33W via USB Type-C. The phone also has stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, High-Res audio, and IP53 for dust and water resistance.

Mi 11X Pro Specifications

Talking about specifications, the Mi 11X Pro has a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1300 nits peak brightness.

On the inside, the Mi 11X Pro houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset which is supported by Adreno 660 GPU, up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. There is an SD card option though. The battery is a beefy 4520mAh cell with 33W fast charging support that will fuel Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin out-of-the-box.

At the back, the phone only comes with a triple-camera setup which includes a 108MP Samsung HM2 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wid-angle lens, and a 5MP macro sensor. There is a 20MP shooter on the front for selfies and video calls. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port.
