Mi CC9 Pro Officially Confirmed To Pack Snapdragon 730G SoC Ahead Of Launch

Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is confirmed to come with the Snapdragon 730G SoC through a new teaser posted by the Chinese brand on Weibo. The company is all set to launch the Mi CC9 Pro smartphone along with few other products on November 5 in China.

To talk about the features of the new Snapdragon 730G SoC, its performance is significantly improved with the CPU increased by 35%, the GPU increased by 25%, and the AI performance improved by up to 100%. Furthermore, the teaser also confirms that the upcoming phone will come equipped with a penta-lens camera setup.

Earlier, Xiaomi has confirmed that the Mi CC9 Pro will pack 5,260mAh battery with a support for 30W fast charging. Moreover, the brand even confirmed that the handset will feature 4-axis OIS for both 108-megapixel primary sensor and the Telephoto lens on the rear.

The penta camera setup on the rear will include a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KHMX primary lens, superwide lens of 20-megapixel Sony IMX350 sensor, 12-megapixel Samsung S5K2L7 sensor portrait lens, super telephoto 5-megapixel OmniVision OV08A10 lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. These five sensors will be paired with dual OIS and two dual LED flash units. As for selfies, there will be a 32-megapixel snapper.

As far as the other specs are concerned, the Mi CC9 Pro is said to pack 6.47-inch full HD+ OLED display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a tall aspect ratio of 19.5:9. There will be an in-screen fingerprint sensor as well. The phone will be launched in there RAM and storage variants with combination of 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, 8GB + 128GB and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage without any external storage support on the device. On the software front, it will run on Android 9 Pie based MIUI 11. The device will measure 157.8 x 74.2 x 9.67mm and it weigh 208 grams.
