Mi 11 has been leaked a lot over the last few weeks, and with the December 28 launch nearing, rumors have started to pick up the pace. Ahead of the launch, purported live images of the smartphone showing the design from both front and back have also surfaced online.
The upcoming Mi 11 will also feature a triple rear camera setup, which will be assisted by an LED flash module. The leaked images suggest that there will also be a Xiaomi branding at the back of the phone. The rear panel of the phone seems to have a matte finish. This could be due to the leather material.
On the front, the phone will have a curved display design. The company already confirmed the advanced display technology along with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the upcoming Mi-series smartphone.
One of the leaked images also shows the About Phone screen that reveals some key specifications of the device. As per the phone’s about phone image, the phone will run on Android 11-based MIUI 12 along with the November security patch. It has 12GB of RAM. Further, the image shows Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 888 SoC clocked at 2.84GHz.
In a separate post, alleged photos of the Mi 11 that appears to be the marketing renders have surfaced on Twitter and Weibo that shows the back of the phone in four different colors. A slight zoom into the renders also shows a 108-megapixel primary camera. The Mi 10 and the Mi 10T series already have an identical camera resolution, though Xiaomi is teasing a “computational photography” technology that could bring some enhancements to the Mi 11.
