The previous month, Meizu CEO Jack wong confirmed about the upcoming Meizu’s Note 9 budget smartphone that boasts a Qualcomm ’s Snapdragon 6150 processor. However, he didn’t hint the launch date of the smartphone but now the smartphone launch is inevitable in China. The Meizu upcoming smartphone with model number M923Q has been spotted on the TENAA website that is expected to be Meizu Note 9 a tough competitor to the Redmi Note 7.
According to the Tenna listing, the upcoming smartphone from Meizu would likely sport a 6.2-inch display. On Physical dimensions, The device will measure a 153.11 x 74.34 x 8.65mm. Apart from size and display the listing also reveals the device will be fueled by a large 3900mAh capacity non-removable battery. However, the rest of the specification of the device is not been listed yet. It would take some more days for TENNA to list the complete specifications as well as images of the Meizu Note 9 on its website.
As per previous rumours on the Meizu Note, 9 is this is the first smartphone to sport with a waterdrop notch display like Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Another major highlight of the phone is that it will be an impressive dual-camera setup on the back with a 48-megapixel primary camera. As said, This is the first smartphone to run on a Snapdragon 6150 chipset, which will likely be manufactured on the same 11nm FinFET process. In terms of performance, the Snapdragon 6150 is expected to be a significant step up compared to the Snapdragon 632 chipset that powers the Meizu Note 8. The Meizu Note 9 is also expected to offer a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the software front, it is rumoured to run on Android 9 Pie-based Flyme UI out of the box.
