Meizu, a Chinese mobile manufacturer is getting ready to launch a new M-series smartphone dubbed as M8 Lite in China. The device with a model number M816H is recently spotted on Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). And now a puzzling Meizu M816Q smartphone has surfaced on another certification website, TENAA, along with its specifications. If it is believed true then this the new variant smartphone of Meizu called Meizu M8 Lite.
According to TENNA listing the M8 Lite flaunts a 5.7-inch display with an HD+ (720 x 1440p) resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. It packed with a notch on the top of the display. when we look into the image the body appears to be polycarbonate, and the fingerprint sensor will be located at the back, just below the camera. It sports a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor ticking at its core mated with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage.
In terms of Optics, the smartphone is listed to get a single rear camera of the 13-megapixel sensor. The front camera will be of 5-megapixel.The handset fuels a 3,100mAh battery. The entire unit runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The handset measures 148.09 x 73 x 8.4mm, and it weighs 145 grams.
After a lot of leaks and rumours, the company unveiled its the Meizu 16 and 16 Plus in China with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. Meizu implemented on-screen gestures in FlymeOS interface that runs on the devices. The company didn’t incorporate a notch or a fingerprint scanner on the front of the device, the 91.18 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
This would be sad news that TENNA didn’t reveal pricing of the Meizu M8 Lite. But all these specifications may give us some idea that the phone will be in Affordable range. Meanwhile, Meizu is yet to confirm if and when it’s planning to launch the M8 Lite.
