LG W10 Alpha Launched in India for Rs. 9,999

LG has launched a new budget smartphone in India, dubbed as LG W10 Alpha for just Rs. 9,999. The highlighting features of this new LG budget phone are octa-core processor, RainDrop Notch, LG’s own 2D Arc Design and artificial intelligence (AI) based camera features. The phone has arrived in a single variant that comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

The LG W10 carries a price tag of Rs. 9,999 in India and it can be bought in black color. The smartphone is also likely to be available for purchase through offline retail stores in the country.

LG W10 Alpha Specifications

The LG W10 Alpha measures 147.3x71x8.9mm and it weighs 170 grams. The display measures 5.7-inches and produces an HD+ resolution of 720×1520 pixels. This Raindrop Notch display has a 19:9 aspect ratio.

The LG W10 Alpha is powered by an octa-core Unisoc (previously Spreadtrum) SC9863 SoC and 3GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device is 32GB. For more storage, the phone is equipped with a MicroSD card slot for adding a microSD card. The Android 9 Pie OS runs on the device. The handset is backed by a 3,450mAh battery. The company claims to deliver up to 10 days of standby time with this battery.

The LG W10 Alpha has a single 8-megapixel camera on the back panel of the phone. FOr selfies and video calling, there is an 8-megapixel camera sensor. The phone also supports the AI Facial Unlock feature.

Connectivity options on the LG W10 Alpha include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. The device also has a proximity sensor.
