LG has launched a budget phone Q7 in the Indian market. The LG Q7 is the successor of last year’s Q6 which is priced at Rs 15,990, this phone will be available for sale across retail outlets from September 1.
“We are confident that the consumers who are looking for a balanced smartphone with the premium features will find the LG ‘Q7’ very hard to resist,” Advait Vaidya, Business Head- Mobiles, LG India, said in a statement.
The key highlights of the smartphone are its full HD+ display, and USB Type-C port. The phone comes with a IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. The LG Q7 will be available in two colours, Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue.
LG Q7 specifications and features
LG Q7 features a 5.5-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone hooked by an unspecified octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There is an option of storage expansion via microSD card slot.
In terms of camera, The phone has the dual camera setup that sports a 13-megapixel camera supports LED flash and comes with panorama and HDR modes, as well as 1080p video recording at 30fps and with PDAF rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.
It runs on an Android 8.1 Oreo with a Mediatek MT6750S, supported by the Mali-T860MP2 GPU, and packs a 3000mAh battery backed by Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0. It comes with a fingerprint sensor.
In terms of connectivity, the phone includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2LE, GPS/A-GPS GLONASS, FM radio support, a micro USB 2.0 port, a type-C USB 1.0 reversible connector, and USB On-The-Go.
