OnePlus 6T is very nearer for the official launch and the phone was leaked several times on the internet. Some of the previous reports claimed that the upcoming flagship OnePlus 6T is going to unveil on 17th October. As an evidence, a newly leaked invitation reveals that the killer phone from Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is coming on 17th October.
However, the leaked invitation doesn’t give away much about the event, including details of the city of the launch. The invitations that leaked mentions the slogan for the OnePlus 6T – ‘Unlock The Speed OnePlus 6T Launch Event. October 17. India.’ AndroidHeadlines reports. The slogan is believed to refer to the OnePlus 6T’s new in-display fingerprint sensor.
Although the company OnePlus doesn’t reveal anything about the upcoming launch, it is possible that simultaneous launch event on October 17 in different markets, including India, China, North America, and Europe.
Previous leaks have suggested that the OnePlus 6T could feature a bigger battery than the predecessor. The OnePlus 6T will be powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor as the predecessor OnePlus 6. The device will have a 6 GB or 8GB RAM and storage extending up to 256GB. The 6T is expected to launch in 3 configurations – 6GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB of storage, and 8GB RAM with 256GB of storage. The OnePlus 6T will have a waterdrop notch we first saw the waterdrop style notch on the Essential Phone. A few days ago, the OnePlus 6T was listed online on a shopping website, Giztop and according to the listing, the OnePlus 6T will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED waterdrop notch display with 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 91.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.
