Motorola reportedly plans to launch a new smartphone in its Edge series. The brand has already launched the Edge 30 Pro and the Edge 30 5G. It is rumored that the premium flagship Edge 30 Ultra will also launch soon. According to a new leak, Motorola will launch this device as the Moto Edge 2022.

As reported by 91Mobiles and OnLeaks, the Moto Edge 2022 will have the codename Dubai+. Now the tipster has leaked the design and key specifications of the upcoming Motorola phone.

Moto Edge 2022 Design
Leaked details show that the device will have a flat back with slightly curved edges. The Motorola logo is located in the center. There is a vertically aligned triple-camera setup. The bottom edge houses a speaker grille, microphone, SIM tray, and a USB Type-C port.
On the right edge of the phone, you will find the power and volume buttons. The front of the device has a flat display with a punch-hole cutout in the center. The phone will also come with support for a stylus. However, the stylus will not have its own dedicated cutout. According to OnLeaks, the phone will be 8.2mm thick.
Moto Edge 2022 Specifications
According to reports, it uses a 6.5-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The handset reportedly packs MediaTek MT6879 SoC, which is probably Dimensity 920 chipset. It will have up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
There will be a triple camera module on the rear that comprises a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The main camera will support optical image stabilization (OIS). On the front is a 32MP camera. The phone will be powered by a 5000mAh battery.
