Google appears to have delayed the launch of these new phones for some months. Now, images of cases for Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL surfaced online which confirm what we have seen in earlier leaks.

As you can see in the leaked case render, both the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL offer similar design. As per the leak, both these devices will feature 3.5mm headphone jack at the top edge, unlike the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Moreover, the renders show speakers placed at the bottom of the devices.

Coming to the cameras, the render shows a single selfie camera on the front of both the phones. At the bottom frame of the case, there is space for the USB-C port and space for 3.5mm audio jack and microphone. Furthermore, the right side of the case is seen to have cut-outs for volume buttons and also the power button. Comparatively, both Pixel 3 and Pixel 3A XL launched with dual front-firing speakers and dual selfie cameras.

To recall, both the Pixel 3A and Pixel 3A XL have appeared on the Google Play Developer Console with few of the specifications and tagline “Pixel 2019 Midyear Experience”. Upcoming Pixel 3 series smartphones were spotted by Reddit user with codenames ‘Bonito’ and ‘Sargo’ respectively. According to the listing, the Pixel 3a ‘Bonito’ will feature a full HD+ 5.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels along with 4GB of RAM and latest Android 9 Pie Operating system. While the Pixel 3a XL ‘Sargo’ will sport a 6-inch display with a resolution of 1080×2220 pixels. The Pixel 3A XL will also run on Android 9 Pie OS.
