Jio has been updating the designs of some of its apps for some time now. The company’s JioCinema app already has Dark Mode feature, and now it is released for the JioTV app.
This feature will be useful if you’re staring at a screen for a long period of time, and it can help you to better focus on the content, not the controls.
The dark mode on JioTV is enabled on Android app version 5.8, and the Jio users can download the 5.8.0 app from Google Play Store, or one can also install the latest APK file from the internet.
To access the new Dark Mode feature on JioTV app, just open the latest updated JioTV, and it will show a pop-up to enable the dark mode. You can also tap the menu icon on the top right, select “Settings,” then enable the “Dark Theme.” The app will automatically switch to a darker hue, with no app restart necessary for the change to go into effect.
JioTV offers Live TV for its users across 600+ TV channels including 100+ HD channels in 15+ languages. You can catch-up the latest shows & get entertained in your choice of genre: Entertainment, Movies, Music, Sports, News, Devotional, Educational, Infotainment, Kids & Lifestyle. Binge-watch, your favourite TV shows with seven days, catch up of all your prime shows.
It offers TV shows and contents in your preferred language including English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Malayalam, Assamese, Odia, Urdu & more with the best streaming quality.
