iQOO has silently launched a new smartphone under the mid-range category. The company has announced the iQOO U1 in China. The smartphone arrives with features such as a punch-hole display, Snapdragon 720G, 4,500mAh battery, and more.
iQOO U1 Specifications
The iQOO U1 is packed with a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display. It comes with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, screen to body ratio of 90.72 percent, and has a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. There is a punch-hole that houses an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The phone has a side-facing fingerprint reader.
Speaking of the optics, there are three cameras at the rear panel with a 48-megapixel main lens, a 2-megapixel portrait lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
At its core, the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor is working as its brain of operations. The phone comes with up to 6GB of LPPDR4x RAM and up to 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage.
The smartphone runs on Android 10-based iQOO UI and packs in a 4,500 mAh battery. It measures 162.05 x 76.61 x 8.46mm and weighs 190 grams.
iQOO U1 Price, Availability
The iQOO U1 has been priced at 1,198 Yuan (approx. Rs 12,869) for the base variant with 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 1,398 Yuan (approx. Rs 15,018) for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant and 1,598 Yuan (approx. Rs 17,167) for the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model. It comes in Star Blue, Secret Black, and Sunny Frost White color options.
The phone is already up for pre-orders in China and it will be available for purchase starting from July 23.
