iQOO is likely to launch its first device under Neo series in India. The Vivo-owned brand has already teased the introduction of the Neo 6 in the country. Now, a tipster Paras Guglani has shared key specs of the smartphone ahead of its expected launch.
iQOO Neo 6 specifications (rumored)
The tipster suggests that the iQOO Neo 6 will sport a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED display offering Full HD+ resolution, support for 1,300 nits of brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
A recent poster suggested that iQOO Neo 6’s Indian variant would feature Qualcomm 870 SoC. However, according to a new leak, the handset may come with an unannounced Snapdragon 870+. From the moniker, it appears to be an overlocked version of the SD870. Currently, no further details have been disclosed about the Snapdragon 870+.

The handset could come with a 4,700mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. According to reports, the device might have an internal storage capacity of 128 GB and 8 GB of RAM. It is likely to ship with Android 12-based iQOO UI.
The camera unit will include a 64-megapixel primary sensor with OIS + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. It’s likely that the device will come in two colors: Interstellar and Dark Nova. There’s a possibility that the Neo 6 making its way to India is a rebranded Neo 6 SE, that was recently released in China.
According to the tipster, iQOO Neo 6 will be launched in India within the next week. A base model of the device may cost Rs 29,000 whereas the top model is likely to be priced around Rs 31,000 in India. The device may be available for sale by the first week of June.
