iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition launched with 144Hz display, Snapdragon 870

iQOO has brought another 5G smartphone named the iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition to the Chinese market. The latest offering comes with the 144Hz display, 48-megapixel triple cameras, Snapdragon 870 SoC, and 44W rapid charge support.

iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition Price, Availability

The base variant of the iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition with 8GB RAM + 128 GB storage is priced at 2,299 Yuan (approx. Rs 26,0470 while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model comes with a price tag of 2,499 Yuan (approx. Rs 28,313). The high-end model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs 2,699 Yuan (approx. Rs 30,580). It will be available for purchase in Polar Night Black and Ice Peak White colors.

iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition Specifications

The iQOO Neo5 Vitality Edition has a 6.56-inch LCD screen with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, up to 144Hz refresh rate, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.4 percent, HDR, 480nits brightness, and 1500:1 contrast ratio. The phone draws power from the Snapdragon 870 mobile platform paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. By using memory fusion technology, the smartphone uses 3 GB of storage space as RAM to enhance app performance.

Running Android 11-bassed OriginOS 1.0, the phone gets its fuel from a 4,500 mAh battery with 44W rapid charge support which claims to charge 70 percent battery in just 33 minutes. It also has an 11-layer liquid cooling heat dissipation system. 

There is a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a field-of-view of 120 degrees, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with a 4cm focal length. For selfies, the device has a 16-megapixel camera.

It measures 163.97 x 75.53 x 8.93mm and weighs 198.3 grams. Lastly, the phone supports dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity, and a side-facing fingerprint sensor for security.
