iQOO has confirmed that its new premium smartphone Neo 7 5G will launch in China on October 20. iQOO is expected to launch its new Neo series smartphone in India later this year or early in 2023.

Now, the brand has revealed some key specifications of the upcoming Neo 7 5G. We will learn more details about the phone’s pricing and availability on October 20. Here’s what we know about the iQOO Neo 7 5G specifications, features, and other information.

iQOO Neo 7 5G Specifications 

The iQOO Neo 7 5G will use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000+ SoC. iQOO confirmed that the phone will have liquid cooling thermals in order to provide smooth performance during intensive usage.

In addition, it will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED E5 panel made by Samsung and will have 120Hz refresh rate support. iQOO will also come with a Pro+ display chip.

In addition to the 5000mAh battery, the phone is expected to support 120W fast charging. Moreover, the Neo 7 5G will have triple cameras on the back led by a Sony IMX766V 50MP primary camera, an ultrawide camera, and a macro lens.  It is likely that the device will feature a 16MP front camera sensor tucked within the display’s hole punch.

iQOO Neo 7 5G will probably launch in various storage configurations and the base model is likely to come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone might also come with an 8GB RAM version with 256GB of internal storage and a top model with a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option.
