Previously, it was reported the next flagship of iQOO 7 will debut on January 11 in China, the brand confirmed this by sharing a teaser through its Weibo channel. Geekbench listing also gives us information about the key specifications of the upcoming iQOO 7.
The iQOO 7 with model number V2049A is there on GeekBench listings. Geekbench has also revealed that the handset comes with Android 11. Meanwhile specs-wise, we now know the device was tested with 12GB of on-board RAM. To power it up we then find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone got 1125 points in single-core testing and 3637 points in multi-core testing.
According to the previous report, the iQOO 7 sports a 6.56-inch AMOLED screen with an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. The selfie camera will be housed inside the punch-hole positioned at its top-center.
Apart from the Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform, we will get enhanced LPPDR5 and UFS 3.1 storage. It will be packed with a battery that supports 120W fast charging. In terms of optics, it is tipped to offer a triple rear camera setup with OIS enabled 48-megapixel primary camera.
However, we suggest you take it as a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet officially. We have to wait for the official confirmation from the company’s side. With just a few weeks before the launch, we expect to see more details popping out soon.
