Vivo‘s sub-brand iQOO has introduced its iQOO 7 series smartphones to the Indian market. The new series includes two new smartphones: iQOO 7 Legend and the iQOO 7. The key features of the gaming smartphones include Snapdragon SoC, pressure-sensitive 120HZ display, triple rear camera setup, and a lot more.
iQOO 7, iQOO 7 Legend Price in India, Availability
iQOO 7 base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs 31,990 while the 8GB/256GB model costs Rs 35,990. It comes in Storm Black and Solid Ice Blue colour options.
The iQOO 7 Legend, on the other hand, comes in two variants. The 8GB/128GB variants costs Rs 39,990 whereas the 12GB/256GB model is priced at Rs 43,990. The phone has a single Legendary colour option that depicts the symbolic logo of BMW Motorsport.
iQoo 7 and iQoo 7 Legend both will on sale via Amazon and iQoo.com and their pre-orders beginning from May 1.
iQOO 7, iQOO 7 Legend Specifications
Both the iQOO 7, iQOO 7 Legend smartphones feature the same 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that comes with a touch sampling rate of 300Hz, a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz, 1300 nits peak brightness, and is also HDR10+ certified. The display is also pressure sensitive in the left and right areas of the display on the iQOO 7 Legend when the device is in landscape position for more precise controls with supported titles.
Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 870 SoC on the iQOO 7 while the iQOO 7 Legend packs Snapdragon 888 chip. Both the devices are coupled with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS3.1 storage. The company has done special performance tuning so the consumer can take the best advantage of the processor while gaming with heavy graphics.
In terms of optics, iiQOO 7 touts a triple camera setup on the back that comprises a 48MP Sony IMX598 primary sensor with OIS, a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor with a 120-degree field of view, and a Mono camera. There is no change to the other sensors on the iQOO 7 Legend besides a 13MP Portrait sensor replacing the Mono camera. Both the phones sport a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Talking about the battery, the iQOO 7 Legend has a 4000mAh battery while the iQOO 7 packs a larger 4400mAh battery. Both the handsets are come equipped with 66W fast charging support. The devices also have dual stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio and have a liner motor for haptics. The devices ship with Android 11 based iQOO UI. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, 4G LTE, Dual-SIM support, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, and Type-C port.
