Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has slashed the prices of its iQOO 3, which was launched in India February this year at a starting price of Rs 38,990. The brand has launched the iQOO Neo 3 in China Thursday.
iQOO 3 Price in India slashed by Rs 15,000
The iQOO 3 is now selling at a starting price of Rs 34,990 — knocking Rs 4,000 off the price tag. The top model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant was launched at Rs 41,990 and it is now selling at Rs 37,990. To recall, the base variant was launched initially for Rs 38,990 in India.
You can now buy the iQOO 3 at the revised prices from iQOO.com or Flipkart once the platform starts accepting the orders. Currently, due to lock-down, e-commerce sites have stopped delivering the products.
Meanwhile, the brand also said that the iQOO 3 will also be the first smartphone to receive an Android 11 update. Further, the phone will get regular security and OTA updates for 3 years.

iQoo 3 Specifications
iQoo 3 features a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED Full HD+ display that has 180Hz of touch response. The display is HDR10+ ready and the front and back of the phone have Gorilla Glass 6. The phone runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC that comes with a 5G modem. Further, it is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage.
The quad rear camera setup on the iQoo 3 includes a 48-megapixel main shooter, 13-megapixel telephoto shooter, 13-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a depth sensor. The setup also provides up to 20x digital zoom. For selfies, there’s a 13-megapixel.
It bears an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the software front, it runs on Android 10-based iQOO UI. Backed by a 4400mAh battery it supports 55W IQOO Flash Charge technology that promises 50 percent of charge in just 15 minutes.
It also comes with touch-sensitive buttons that the company calls Monster Touch buttons and also the device features Ultra Game Mode. Furthermore, the handset’s Carbon Fiber VC Liquid Cooling technology is said to bring down the CPU temperature by 12-degree celsius.
