Infinix Smart 4 Plus with MediaTek Helio P22 SoC spotted on Google Play Console listing

After launching Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro smartphones in India, Chinese smartphone maker Infinix is now said to be working on another smartphone under the Smart series. The Infinix Smart 4 Plus smartphone has reportedly made an appearance on the Google Play listing. It suggests that the handset will be launched as a successor of the Infinix Smart 3 Plus. 

As per the Google Play listing, the Infinix Smart 4 Plus will ship with a MediaTek Helio P22 processor paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Furthermore, the listing shows it will pack 3GB of RAM and a display with HD+ (1640 x 720 pixels) resolution and 320p screen density. The device will boot the Android 10 operating system.

Recently, the brand has launched the Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro smartphones in India.  The Infinix Hot 9 is priced at Rs 8,499 for the single variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage while the Infinix Hot 9 Pro comes with a price tag of Rs 9,499 for the lone 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model. 

Both Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro comes equipped with a 6.6-inch HD+ punch-hole display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, 480 NITS, 90.5% Screen to body ratio and 20:9 aspect ratio. Powering the phones is a 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio P22 SoC coupled with IMG PowerVR GE8320.

Only change in both the phones is the camera setup. Infinix Hot 9 Pro’ quad rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a low light sensor. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture and LED flash. Inifnix Hot 9, on the other hand, has a 13-megapixel primary lens with f 1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a low light sensor on the rear. Upfront, it features an 8-megapixel (f/2.0) front camera.
