Huawei Nova 8 series launch date has finally been officially revealed by Huawei through a poster on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo. The Chinese company has confirmed that the Huawei Nova 8 series launch will take place on December 23 in China. The lineup is expected to include the Huawei Nova 8 and Huawei Nova 8 Pro smartphones.
The poster shared by the company also shows the design of the phone. It has an oval-shaped camera housing. Even though the front design of the phones have not been revealed, Nova 8 is expected to feature a flat-screen with a dual punch-hole design. The Nova 8 Pro, on the other hand, is said to sport a dual punch-hole display and curved edges. Both phones are also rumored to support high refresh rates display.
The Huawei Nova 8 Pro is tipped to be fuelled by in-house Kirin flagship processors like Kirin 9000 or Kirin 9000E. Recently, a report revealed that the company will launch the Huawei Enjoy 20 SE and Huawei Watch Fit at the December 23 event.
In terms of pricing, the Nova 8 is said to start at 3,000 Yuan (approx. Rs 33,723), and Nova 8 Pro could carry a starting price of 4,000 Yuan (approx. Rs 44,965)
